By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your transaction. If you have any questions about a product or service prior to purchasing, we’re happy to help.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review and address the situation accordingly.

All of our orders are shipped Tuesdays, Thursdays after 3:30pm, and Saturdays prior to 12pm (Excluding Federal Holidays.) Shipping is free and orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Once your order is placed, you will be provided a USPS tracking number via email. Please contact us at info@gritandgracejewelry.com if you encounter any issues.
