where noted, we do not and cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens. It is solely the
customer's responsibility to know and understand their own allergies or sensitivities. Grit & Grace Jewelry
LLC shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, rashes, or other medical conditions that

after delivery. Once a product leaves our facility, we are not liable for loss, theft, delays, or damages caused
by third-party shipping services, weather conditions, or handling. If you believe your product arrived defective,
please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Claims made after that window will not be honored.
